info_outlineOn this episode, I chat about my feelings around self medicating -- a vague but necessary subject. Each of us knows what our unhealthiest self turns to and it becomes bad for us when we confuse the self medicating to be self serving.
Regardless if it's porn, alcohol, cigarettes, cannabis, social media or something more nefarious like pharmaceuticals -- we have to be mindful of treating ourselves for wounds that we find inside.
Our closest friends and allies should be leaned on when it comes to checking in on ourselves. From our view- whether we have a healthy outlet for our experiences or are are using a substance to cope - we often can't always see this truth for ourselves.
