No one likes to talk safety, or admit when they might have issues to correct, but every day 33 kids are injured on family farms, and every three days one is killed. Bernard and the Progressive Agriculture Safety Day Foundation are working to lower that number with safety camps and education, starting with educating the kids themselves. Farmers Cooperative is dedicated to keeping our patrons, employees, and their families safe so we brought in Bernard to talk about some of the biggest issues facing American farmers and what some of the simple steps are that we could all take to make sure everyone stays safe.
