🌼 Jody Berry is the founder and formulator of Wild Carrot Herbals, a botanical skincare company dedicated to connecting people to the healing power of nature.
Her journey began in the early 1990s as an organic farmer at The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington. Surrounded by medicinal plants and the rhythm of the natural world, Jody developed a deep respect for the earth and its ability to nourish and heal. That connection grew into a passion for plants and in 2000, Wild Carrot Herbals was born.
Rooted in whole plants, biodynamic practices, and a fierce love for the land, Jody’s formulations reflect a belief that skincare should be as nourishing as the earth it comes from. With a background in midwifery and a lifelong commitment to holistic health, she’s crafted products to care for the sensitive, the mindful, and the curious. Anyone seeking gentle, effective ways to tend to themselves and the world around them.
From healing cracked gardener’s hands to soothing delicate baby skin, Jody’s work is about more than skincare. It’s a celebration of resilience, kindness, and the wild beauty that surrounds us all.
She lives and works in rural northeast Oregon, where Wild Carrot Herbals continues to thrive as a small, family-run company dedicated to creating with intention and inspiring thoughtful care for our bodies and our planet just celebrating our 25th anniversary this year on May 31st.
