With experience spanning patient care, biotech, clinical research, academia, and CPG, Dr. Swathi has paved the way for healthcare professionals to pursue non-traditional career paths through creating postdoctoral training programs, industry internships, and online educational programs.
Dr. Swathi founded and runs Varanasi & company, a full-service consulting and advisory group for healthtech and CPG companies.
