I really enjoyed taking part in the podcast. It was a new experience and I felt that I was contributing in a small way to providing some insight into my role as Maternity Unit Coordinator and how much I enjoy working extra shifts as part of the COVID-19 Immunisation Team. It was lovely to be able to share my experience in this way and hope that the hard working staff of Hywel Dda University Health Board enjoy listening to the podcast.

I have just had the best experience during the most challenging time at the field hospital. I have experienced situations that I would never have experienced ... and met members of various teams that have left an imprint on me forever. The feeling of guilt I experienced ... has definitely passed now leaving a gratitude to Hywel Dda UHB for keeping me safe and giving me ... experiences that I will never forget. And to top it off, being nominated for RCN nurse of the year in view of my discharge work at YESS.

It was nice to have the opportunity to share my experience as a speech and language therapist over the pandemic. Because there are so many different jobs, duties and stories within Hywel Dda, it’s important to hear a cross section of experiences to help us come together as one big team.
