Embodying the Divine Journey with Rebecca Reynolds

My Allana Pratt Method Coach, Kristina, has been speaking of Rebecca for years. I am super stoked I followed through and interviewed this brilliant, embodied, and inspiring woman! Rebecca gets Change! 

It's like she's another facet of the same Diamond I am, one that we shine a congruent, complementary light on embracing change and an aligned feeling of breathtaking honor to walk with someone through the cycle of change. She helped me turn some unconscious competences into competent competences. I'm so grateful!

- How my superpower is definitely supporting people in what she calls the Liminal stage of change, when you step into the unknown and face uncertainty, when you feel uncomfortable and often avoid feelings, when you leave what's no longer working and take the leap

- How she's helping us to redefine change not as something bad, but something that could even be joyous when we no longer resist this natural process we were born to embrace and designed to experience

- How we both get the body is the key! To trust the body! Listen to the body! That God is our body! Oh my God, I literally come out of my skin into Oneness with all when we talk about this! And how we love to dance, it's a portal to such wisdom :-)

- How our personal client stories are teaching moments of our own personal evolution and expansion of our Mastery over decades of on-court learning and discovery
