Two Decades of Friendship, Healing, and Truth with Nada Shamonki - Part 1

This extended and deeply personal episode turns the tables as Allana Pratt, usually the host, is interviewed by her long-time friend, client, and legal counsel, Nada Shamonki. Their 20-year friendship lays the foundation for an open, vulnerable, and intimate conversation about Allana’s personal, professional and spiritual evolution.

 

-Allana reflects on becoming a single mother and building her coaching career from scratch, including her initial niche as the “Sexy Mom Expert.” She shares early milestones, including working with Leeza Gibbons and navigating motherhood without her own mother.

-Allana's transformation from a performance-based, people-pleasing mindset to deeply embodied, spirit-led facilitation has been the outcome of years of trauma integration and somatic healing which helped her access a new level of presence and intuition in her coaching.

-Nada speaks to Allana’s unique energetic quality—her ability to make others feel truly safe, seen, and unjudged, enabling profound connection, healing, emotional release and lasting breakthroughs in her clients.

-Allana shares several powerful stories of spiritual awakening, including the traumatic death of her teenage friend James, which served as a choice point: to close her broken heart or keep it splayed wise open to life. Her father, unexpectedly, was the one to awaken her to the reality of life beyond death.

-Allana discusses her journey with psychedelics, first Ayahuasca close to 20 years ago and more recently, cutting edge use of MAPS trials low dose psychedelics one-on=one for somatic spiritual healing. Her experience is that it integrated level 4 trauma, opened her third eye and enhanced her multi-dimensional awareness. She explains how her facilitation now is more powerful than ever, integrating spirit, somatic cues, trauma release and deep intuition.

-Through personal stories including a relationship where she let herself feel her authentic devastation instead of projecting her anger, when her partner sold her only Christmas gift, Allana reveals how she practices in-the-moment emotional integration, shifting from reactivity to allowance, compassion and ultimately forgiveness.

-These two dear long term friends explores how authentic relationships must include a healthy capacity for repairing ruptures as an integral part of genuine intimacy. Allana teaches that moving through discomfort with self-ownership creates deeper trust and connection, and that we must stay in our bodies to do this… a script from the mind saying the right thing, doesn’t feel real and true thus won’t mend the heartbreak. 

-Allana traces her growth from a “damsel in distress” to a “badass boss” and now into an ever deepening 5D wholeness—where she sources love, safety, and worth from within. She aims to guide others into this space of self-sourced intimacy and relational consciousness.
