This week we cover major developments across the Apple ecosystem including the ongoing story of the Apple Vision Pro launch and the role retail training may have played in its early adoption curve. A new book by Norm Schreiber argues that retail staffing cuts and compressed training contributed to underwhelming launch demos, but the panel debates whether training or the $3,499 price tag was the real barrier.
