I spent my late teens, 20's & early 30's in a rather unwell mental state. I was roaring through the world like a tornado, generally unaware of how my behavior was regularly harming those around me and equally harming myself in ways that had me in a viscious cycle of self abuse.Although I knew something was "off" with my mental health, I honestly didn't know what to do about it.
