Prior to leaving Tokyo, Candice began to experience pain...
As she got dressed one morning, she felt a hard golf ball-sized growth on her breast
There's no way
How could this be?
She was young, healthy and too active to be sick...
And he last mammogram from five months earlier was clear!

Candice was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breat cancer shortly after returning home
Her treatment was rough
She experienced several set backs
She also had a double mastectomy
And although, her recovery is not yet complete - Candice Burroughs is 100% cancer free...
