The time of the Tribulation will be much different than the time of the church age because the gospel of the kingdom will be preached, accompanied by signs, wonders, and miracles. Today we are going to take a birds-eye-view of the time of Jesus' earthly ministry up to the church age and see what changed and why there are no signs and miracles today, buy why they will return during the Tribulation.

Before we can begin studying the signs and wonders that the Antichrist and the false prophet will perform during the Tribulation, we need to understand what it has to do with the nation of Israel. In this lesson we are going to look at the fact that signs are for the Jews, not for the Gentiles.

The reason why the subject of baptism is so confusing and is often taught wrong is because when the word "baptism" appears in the Bible, many automatically associate it with water baptism. The truth is there is more than one baptism in the Bible and today we are going to look at every one of them and how they differ from the spiritual baptism we Christians receive when we get saved.

When we get saved we are baptized into Christ. This is our spiritual baptism that takes place the moment we get saved and what puts us in the church body. We are put into Christ, and at the same time Christ is put into us. Our spiritual baptism is an operation of the Holy Spirit that guarantees that we can never lose our salvation, because the Holy Spirit is the "earnest" of our inheritance.

While the Bible says that our flesh is dead after we get saved, in reality, it's really alive. However, God wants us to "reckon" it as dead as we "calleth those things which be not as though they were". God wants us to push past all the physical evidence that we can SEE that we are alive and believe by faith that we CANNOT SEE that we are dead to sin and alive unto God.

One of the most common arguments that people have today (even among professing Christians) : "Is the Bible relevant today? How can any of those "outdated stories" told thousands of years ago apply to what is going on today? In this study we will answer that question...

When Jesus saved us, while breathing into our dead spirit the breath of God, and making us a son of God, the Lord also, at the same time put our flesh to death to help us not to do the sinful things that we used to do. Just like we get saved by faith in believing Jesus died, was buried, and rose again, we are sanctified and set apart in the Christian life by faith that we are dead, and our life is hid with Christ in God.
