This article has an agenda; human beings need artificial arch support. This is not true! Artificial arch support (a) destabilizes the ankle joint, (b) stresses the patellar tendon (knee joint), and (c) atrophies the hip muscles (the glutes).
On the other hand (or foot!), Correct Toes (a) stabilize the ankle, (b) strengthens the knee joint, and (c) mobilizes the hip muscles.
