Each one of us has a pumpkin patch of skills that look a little different. In this episode, we will explore a variety of skills that may need to watered and strengthened, while also celebrating the skills that we are strong at and can use to shine bright!!

Find the pumpkins that may need a little extra care and come up with a plan to take care of those pumpkins, but then celebrate the growth of those thriving pumpkins that you've been putting effort into and they are progressing every day in different ways!
