info_outlineOver the last few weeks, we’ve talked about identity crises and exit strategies — and I’ve been doing the work myself. When I look at where I stand now, and where I want to go, the decision becomes clear: It’s time to retire the Your Badass Journey podcast and allow the space to launch something new.
It is possible to have a graceful exit that makes sure you are still taking care of your clients, your community, and yourself in the process. For me, that means taking a pause so that I can intentionally reintroduce the next level of myself, and creating an arena for all of us to come together in a new way. The most graceful way for me to exit is to close out this show with gratitude and a desire for more.
