info_outlineFood feeds the body and nourishes the soul. It’s the way to a man’s and women’s heart and brings people together on so many levels. Food is love, it is joy and it tastes best when prepared by a chef with passion for food.
“I came from a family where food was the first thing in the morning and the last thing at night before going to sleep.” – Ale Gambini
Chef Ale Gambini, aka A Queen in the Kitchen, is an LA-based Italian food ambassador, writer, award-winning host in online food programs, and cooking instructor. Born and raised in beautiful Milan, Northern Italy, she learned how to cook and love good food from her beloved grandmother Nonna Fernanda.
Chef Ale talks about changing careers mid-life, her arrival to the States from Italy and why it’s important to open the door when opportunity knocks. Chef Ale’s second book, “No Ketchup on Spaghetti” is out this month available on Amazon. This book celebrates Italy's excellent food and serves up an understanding of the ingredients, where to find them, and how to prepare them. Italian food is so much more than pizza and pasta; from regional specialties to gourmet delicacies, you'll need multiple lifetimes to try them all!
