In this episode, Susan and Valerie sit down with Travis Preston to discuss the power of firewalking. Firewalking is a practice in which individuals walk barefoot across a bed of hot coals or stones without sustaining burns or injuries. It's often associated with various cultural and spiritual traditions, including religious rituals and personal growth seminars. The practice is usually conducted under the guidance of experienced facilitators who prepare participants both mentally and physically.

As for the benefits attributed to firewalking, they are primarily psychological and symbolic in nature:
