Lectio and Lattes
So much positive feedback on this one. I let the breath flow through all the aves of all the decades. And I dialed the meditations back to zero - so you can pause and read your own meditations. Shout out to Fr Peyton's rosary meditations. They always hit just right.

We will be meditating upon the Annunciation. Specifcally the moments between Gabriel's announcement and Mary's "Fiat", adding breath as we pray. Our God made us body and soul. Let us use both body and soul to lift up our prayer. Breath Pattern: Inhale during this portion of Ave- Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee... Hold your breath during this portion- blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Let your breath out in a gentle sustained sigh - Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now, and at the hour of our death, amen....

I know this isn't my normal schtick....
but my Well Read Mom book club is reading this for December and will discuss at the beginning of January.
I find I understand poetry better when I read it out loud. And so I figured I would record and share here.
Such a great poetry selection for Advent! I also think Lent would be an amazing time to re-read or listen to this.
Mea Culpa- I shared it at a poorer quality so that I wouldn't suck up too much of my memory on this hosting site- I think it should still come across as adequate.
