It's actually still just the intro- but feels like the first chapter. I'm not bothering to edit out mistakes or even pre-read, gasp. A real no-no for audio book narrators. But gosh darn it- this book needs an audio and I ain't got time for that! Plus, editing wasn't in my contract. wink wink.

In This House of Brede by Rumer Godden I'm going to attempt this. Recording is NOT professional as i'm at the table and cats and dogs and children come in and out. Also I won't be editing for mistakes. This is raw and uncut and I will progress at my own speed. This book is a classic and should be read by all Catholic women.

Luke 21:25-28, 34-36 Psalm 25 First Sunday of Advent light the first purple candle and open the new Lectio Divina Resource by Magnificat with me. Do not be afraid- do not be drowsy either. There is a middle ground. Let's walk it to the Father together.

Psalm 97
Guest - Chris. my hubby of 24 plus years.
surrounded by the mundanity of our kitchen table, we discuss salvation through the very same mundane.
Through the car keys and empty Brita pitchers. Through the butter left out of the fridge and dogs wanting out. Can we see the salvation in banana bread? In shoes left helter skelter after a morning spent "Parkouring"? Can we hear Jesus calling us along the path when we see that pile of wet towels? never ending wet towels.
And as cheesy as it sounds. As Home Goods and Rae Dunn as it sounds, LOVE is the most necessary ingredient. Without which everything falls apart. Fails to thrive.
