Today, I am taking the time to thank all of you who have joined me on this journey, and I know we’ll be together for many more episodes to come!
I’m looking back at why I started this a year ago, what the ride has been like, and why I’ll continue doing this for as long as I can.
Join me as I share with you some insights and lessons I learned from doing this podcast for the past 12 months:
- What it’s like to come up with an episode, including planning, editing, and everything in between!
- What it means to be intentional and consistent in doing this week after week
- Why I say that it’s lonely work, and what helps me realize the importance of what I do (and this is where YOU come in!)
- Why solo episodes are still difficult to do, even after a year in
- How this podcast is a continuous reminder of why storytelling is important, and that everyone’s story matters
I’m so grateful for this opportunity to use my voice in shining a light on stories of trials and triumphs, of challenges and breakthroughs, and even those that are just lighthearted and bring a smile to any listener’s face.
