He never made it to his real estate appointment, and decided instead to go into mortgage financing.
While coming up in the business, Enrique quickly learned that building relationships within the community was the key to success. While he thinks the direct to consumer approach can be phenomenal, he understands that the value is in having a variety of sources for leads. Getting in with real estate agents proved to be the toughest, and Enrique got to work finding ways to bring them value. He obviously did something right as he closed 300 transactions last year as the president of First West Financial. Today, he shares his tips and tricks for success.
