Engst</strong>  is the publisher of <strong><a title="TidBITS" href="http://www.tidbits.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">TidBITS</a> </strong>and the <strong><a href="http://tcn.tidbits.com">TidBITS Content Network</a></strong>.
