Key Learnings:
1) Surrender is the opposite of what we are taught to do. The idea of letting go seems counterintuitive in a culture that continues to push, push, push! But what if holding on and trying to force things to happen is blocking your manifestation?
2) Surrender is a natural part of the cycle of nature. Every Autumn the trees release their leaves, and the natural world prepares for Winter, letting go of every unnecessary thing in the process. Every night you enter the great surrender of sleep where deep healing happens. What if you did this consciously and not just during sleep?
3) The seven sorrows rosary corresponds to the seven chakras. It is also similar to the story of the descent of Innana who must discard something at each level as she descends to the underworld. We will follow this healing path of Mother Mary’s, beginning at the crown chakra and the first surrender mystery, releasing any energy that is holding you back from experiencing a deeper connection with the Divine.
