Make Your Life Your Legacy Podcast
Not everything we carry from a past chapter is meant to come with us. For years, I thought I had let go of the athlete identity. Until the metrics came back—numbers, performance, “proof” of worth. And suddenly, I was measuring my business, my joy, my intuition… against KPIs. In this latest episode of Make Your Life Your Legacy, I share what it means to walk the spiral staircase of reinvention—and how the same fears will meet us again, just from a new vantage point. If you're evolving into something new—especially after a career marked by high performance—this one’s for you. ...

I received some devastating news the other day. The type that knocks the wind out of you while pressing all the "money, safety, and security" buttons. And the timing was almost ironic...because I felt it coming. I had already begun preparing. Not out of fear, but out of deep knowing. This is not a breakdown. It’s a breakthrough disguised as an ending. So here I am, walking the talk. No performance, no pretending: I’m mid-activation. High-end, high-frequency contracts are already landing through the ethers. This next chapter isn’t a leap of faith—it’s a precision...

It's been a hot minute since my last Make Your Life Your Legacy Podcast episode in 12/2023... because life happened. In a big way! Then came this unscripted 39-minute transmission. In it, I speak to the space so many of us are navigating: the tension between soul-aligned service and real-life responsibilities. If you’ve been holding it all (the vision, the fear, the brilliance, the exhaustion), this is for you. Inside, I share the thoughts & experiences we rarely say out loud; the strategy most don’t talk about; and the courage it takes to leap when your body is tired but your soul is...

The final episode of season 3 is different by how it's edited as well as the level of emotions. So if conversations on abortion, violence against women trigger you, please take care of yourself. My guest today is Gloria Feldt, a speaker, author, and teen mom who became president of Planned Parenthood Federation of America. She stopped by our podcast not only once, but twice. First we talked about power, sex, and how women will take the lead for everyone's good. And then, the SCOTUS overturned Roe v. Wade. So Gloria graciously returned to dive deeper into this topic. Not only did she offer...

And not because I lacked motivation. On the contrary...
...I had vision, strategy, and a to-do list that would make a CEO sweat.
But every time I sat down to do the "big, important, mountain-moving" thing, one of those emotions would show up. And for a while, I thought something was wrong with me.
Took some deep work to realize they were rather the invitation... Just recently, I felt them all when I told myself, "It's time to record a new podcast episode, c'mon, think of something. You also have a masterclass coming up, tie that in... And the most expansive, potent and nourishing space you have available to welcome 5 elite clients, chop-chop..."
So, I pulled out my phone and recorded my "walking through the demistifying & dissolving" process.
These are a few insights I offer if you need them today:
✨ Tiredness taught me to tune into & work with my rhythms—physical, emotional, seasonal, and spiritual. Some days, it was nap-tired. Other days, it was “soul can’t move” tired. Learning the difference saved me from burnout & having to push through more than once.
✨ Fear? That one was layered. It wasn’t fear of failure. It was ancestral fear. Fear of standing out. Fear that no matter what I did, it would never be enough. Until I saw it clearly, I kept holding back—out of protection, not laziness.
✨ Overwhelm? That one came disguised as ambition. I set high goals, not realizing I was drowning under the pressure of proving myself. Even with the best strategy in hand, if the energy behind it was off, nothing landed.
✨ And resistance? Here’s the truth: resistance isn’t always about the bridge—it’s often about the destination. The subconscious fear of what we say we want. More time with family might also mean facing unresolved dynamics. More money might trigger fears of abandonment or being “too much” for your culture or community. That realization changed everything.
These aren’t flaws to fix.
They’re signs to follow.
They’re invitations to soften, reframe, and realign.
So if you’re in that space today—where nothing’s wrong, but everything feels hard—I see you. You’re not broken. You’re becoming.
And there’s deep power in that.
