"I had to go into that 30 days knowing this is not going to fix everything this 30 days. It's not this one month of effort. And then I win. I'm there. I hit every goal I've ever set. No, it was this really big thing of like, mentally, I had to just be aware this was this going to have to take more than that and it was going to take breaking bad habits while creating some new ones. And honestly, I think that's probably the hardest thing is I've had a lifetime of habits where I just wasn't even aware of how these food choices could affect me or sleep choices as you mentioned, sleep.
