Having started her own Perimenopause journey at 39 and feeling unprepared and overwhelmed she realised the importance of sharing practical advice, guidance and tools.
Shakira is a Fully qualified Level 3 PT and Hula Fitness instructor with over 12 years’ experience in the health, fitness and wellness industry. She has significant experience of working either 1:1, in groups and with corporate clients online or in person. Shakira has just celebrated a successful @PauseLive, one of the biggest menopause events in the UK.
