On this Ep of The Mentally Screwed podcast i share the 4 keys to fitness that i do to stay on track when it comes to working out. How to stop from starting over. It's not easy to stay consistent. Things always come up or life just gets in the way. Sometimes ya just don't feel like it, because working out sucks and isn't easy. Well, i'm almost 40 years old, and this is what has helped me stay fit along the way. I hope it helps you as well.
