Steve McGuiggan is the co-founder, Chief Culture Officer, and Director of Baseball for Minnesota Mash. Steve has been the driving force in creating a community and culture based on the growth of the person first and the athlete second.

As the Director of Baseball from 2012-2017, MASH was awarded “Health Business Most Likely to Succeed” by Minnesota Business Magazine. He was also named a Minnesota Chapter Coach of the Year award winner by the Positive Coaching Alliance, one of the most prestigious honors in youth sports. The national brand only awards 150 coaches across the country in all sports with this honor.

Steve is a longtime friend of mine and a man I’ve taken many adventures with. From ball players to coaches, we’ve shared a similar path to our understanding. More than anything, it was most valuable for the boys just to get back in the saddle and chop it up. Enjoy the show with Coach, entrepreneur, creator, and community man - Coach Steve.
