info_outlineThis week, we have my friend Richard Johnson, who goes by Chi. Chi and I met a few years ago at a sound bathing retreat, and he was one of the teachers. I gravitated towards his philosophy and the lessons he taught through sound. Fortunately, we maintained a friendship and were able to meet once again this summer in Minnesota.
Before the podcast, we spent some time playing sound bowls, gongs, and my new favorite, the harmonium. Amongst the Minnesota nature, surrounded by trees and wetlands, the breathwork paired with sound bathing made for a perfect afternoon before getting behind the microphone.
