Jennifer L. Rozelle (“Jenny”) is an Owner and Attorney at Indiana Estate & Elder Law. Since 2012, she has been assisting clients create all types of estate plans; be it for a young client with straight-forward needs, or an elderly loved-one who may need guidance on protecting a nest egg from assisted living or nursing home costs. Additionally, she helps clients in the areas of Medicaid, guardianship, special needs planning, probate, trust administration, and business/farm succession planning.
Jenny and her husband, Justin, live on their small farm in Indiana with their basset hound, Flossie, and polled shorthorn cattle. If not at home, Jenny is likely either at Hinkle Fieldhouse cheering for the Butler Bulldogs, spending time with her family and friends, or traveling.
