We have been busy and didn't get the chance to do anything fun for April Fools this year, there also weren't any events that grabbed our attention that we could've done an episode on (other than maybe British OCR 3K Championship but time zone differences make it difficult)! Instead we finally had Kevin "The Mudman" LaPlatney, on the show who has been in the sport since 2010 and has seen a lot of events come and go during his time living on Long Island. He owned Obstacle Athletics which was a well known OCR gym in the area for many years, and continues to be a prominent member in the northeast OCR community. We discuss his favorite events over the years, his love of ultras, being a dad, his thoughts on the changes in the sport, the fact that OCR is not dead yet, and more!
