In this Name IT! podcast episode, Mazarine Treyz, career/leadership coach and fundraising consultant of Wild Woman Fundraising, talks to Leadership Savvy founder Julie Ha Truong about how to develop leadership and build successful career especially in this time of pandemic. 

In the first part of the episode, Julie shares her experiences working with diverse leaders and groups and creating her consulting company. 

Julie then offers advice to young, emerging professionals on how to connect with people in their networks particularly in this interesting time. 

Mazarine and Julie also talk about the advantages of co-leadership models for leaders in terms of developing relationships with funders and pitching projects. At the end of the podcast, Julie shares her insights on white supremacy, citing examples of unexamined racial bias and prejudice which happened in the actual organizational setup.
