info_outlineHealthcare, health insurance, health management, self care and the lack thereof; we are ALL at a crossroads here in America. This has been building for a long time. Now, the time has come. Disease management health management self care has hit a point where change is absolutely vital. Our country ranks #37 in healthcare worldwide yet spends exponentially more money than any other developed country. But the well is running dry. The river is slowing to a halt.
Our system as we know it? Our system is broken. The tides must be turned.
This wake up call is exactly that; A Wake Up Call For Everyone.
I speak of dramatic and rapidly rising health insurance costs. School luncheon programs, which are a complete disaster, SNAP program management, the diet and many aspects of the “wellness” industry as we know it. SO much of our System has been wrong for years.
Why? To drive profits while healthcare mental and physical suffers as a result. 93% of Americans are metabolically unhealthy; metabolically sick at some level. The entire approach to wellness must change.
Not tomorrow, not soon; NOW. Our system has been designed to create a pipeline of metabolic sickness that begins in childhood which then drives trillions of dollars in this “reactive” system we’ve created.
We must shift to a “proactive” system. We must make the shift now to a system mental and physical with the foundation of Prevention. Optimum self care is no longer an “option” or a “luxury.” And it never was that. It’s a necessity always has been.
This is a wake up call for everyone. I lay this out like it’s not been laid out to the is point. I’m speaking reality here. No more dancing around this crisis. With some simple yet deliberate changes we can change and save the world. It’s up to us. WE hold the keys we….Americans everywhere and everyone drive the market. We run the show.
Please watch and listen and share this with your family, friends, co-workers loved ones, everyone. The most important show I’ve done to date. In The Most Awesome of Health mental and physical everyone; body mind and spirit.
We deserve the best and we can make this happen.
