We all poop.
Some of us poop a lot, some a little, and some people have difficulties. If your digestion is off- you may not be absorbing your nutrition properly and may have more anxiety/depression/weight/inflammation etc..
Your digestive tract does a lot for you but when it's off... sheesh- it's uncomfortable and an annoyance.
