info_outlineHave you ever thought about the changes that happen to you when you go vegan? In her new book, "The Vegan Transformation," Angela Crawford, Ph.D., surveyed 350 people, then went deeper with 75 of them to find out what happens when you go vegan. In part one, Crawford tells Emil Guillermo how she became vegan and the changes she noticed in herself. In part two (to be released later in June), Crawford finishes her list of the 7 findings in her survey.
