013- Energetic and Emotional Sensitivity versus Reactivity
Release Date: 10/13/2020
One of the hardest things is getting to clarity of whether to stay or go when we love someone deeply but the day-to-day experience of the relationship isn’t working for us. This is further complicated when we have a deep and authentic soul connection, what people sometimes call twin flames or soul mates. In this two-part series, I will talk about all the things to consider to get to clarity about whether to stay or go.info_outline 021- What To Do When your Soul Connected Relationship is On the Rocks- Part 1

If you’re sensitive to energy, this 2020/2021 chapter of human experience has been impactful at an additional level beyond all the obvious ones. The loudness of the human collective consciousness can overstimulate you and make it harder to connect into the larger peace and beauty of the universe. But don’t worry, there are ways to turn down the volume of the outside world.info_outline 019- Find your Tribe and Soul Connections!
Why our brains misrepresent the potential for new beloveds.info_outline 018- Clearing Codependency
Codependent overgiving feels icky and exhausting. But did you know that energetically sensitive people are more vulnerable to codependent dynamics? In addition, those who express the Archetype of the Healer (professionally or personally) often need to provide this aspect with adult supervision to prevent overgiving, care-taking, and personal depletion.info_outline 017- Overcoming Addiction: A Graceful Approach - Part 2
Get the details of the protocol! My guides have a powerful approach to dismantling addiction in a way that shifts away from being at war with yourself. While long-term, abstinence may be the path of peace, in the short term, interrupting the automatic flow and making a healthier deal with yourself around engaging with the thing you’re trying to quit can help to shift the experience. My guides offer a very specific approach here.info_outline 016- Overcoming Addiction: A Graceful Approach - Part 1
In addressing addiction, it’s valuable to understand ourselves through a compassionate lens. Your intensity of need for the thing you’re trying to let go of may be outdated. And it can be helpful to understand how your own biology may push you in a not so healthy direction if you don’t know how to provide it with adult supervision.info_outline 015- Getting Rid of Entities and Keeping Them Gone
If you’re someone who is dealing with entities, I’m so sorry. I know it can be scary and stigmatized. I hope to share information that will help you deal with the situation in an effective and practical way. If you’re not someone who is dealing with entities, you might want to skip this podcast unless you can think of them as you would the creatures in a National Geographic special about animals in another part of the world: interesting, but not something you need to worry about.info_outline 014- Shamanic Weight Loss
You know how some amazing, heart-centered people have a longing to carry less weight but feel hopeless because everything they’ve tried has failed? While strongly supporting body positivity and believing in “healthy at any weight”, if you also desire to carry few pounds, I’d love to share some wisdom from my guides about approaching this in a way that is graceful and kind.info_outline 013- Energetic and Emotional Sensitivity versus Reactivity
While the two may go together, energetic and emotional sensitivity are a quality, either innate or developed, that allows us to sense that which is subtle and nuanced. Reactivity, on the other hand, is often about unresolved past emotions and sometimes a need for an upgrade in skills for relating to other people.info_outline
While the two may go together, energetic and emotional sensitivity are a quality, either innate or developed, that allows us to sense that which is subtle and nuanced. Reactivity, on the other hand, is often about unresolved past emotions and sometimes a need for an upgrade in skills for relating to other people.
The question of whether someone is “too sensitive” whether it arises as an internal conversation or based on a reflection from another person can be complicated to unpack. The podcast just scratches the surface, but it can be a starting place for evaluating the validity of the feedback and helping you know what to do about it. For example, if you’re dealing with a person who is messy and harsh with others and not interested in being responsible for the impact of their behavior on others, they may use “too sensitive” in an effort to shut down any efforts to address their behavior. This is a different case than a healthy person earnestly trying to let you know that your reactivity makes it hard to sustain relationship.
This podcast will give you a starting place to begin looking at the questions, “Is it me?” “Is it them?” “Or is it both?” And, it will give you a map for how to start to get clear enough to respond effectively in any of those cases.
