Nicole didn’t have any special friends in high places or fancy skills you don’t happen to know about that’s made her business successful. In fact, Nicole has a pretty tough past. In what seems like a lifetime ago, Nicole was into drugs and landed in prison at one point, all while never feeling good in her body.
Now, Nicole is a happy, healthy mother and wife, prison counselor and coach for women, and the founder of The Life I Crave. She helps women transform their relationships with food and their body. As someone who overcame years of chronic dieting and negative self image, she has a deep passion for helping other women discover their own true worth so they can live from a place of joy and confidence. Between coaching and her 10+ years working as a counselor Nicole has helped hundreds of people transform their lives.
