Over a dozen blue states filed a lawsuit to stop the Trump administration’s intimidation campaign aimed at shutting down gender-affirming care for minors even in states where it’s legal and protected. Attorney General Letitia James calls it what it is: unconstitutional bullying.
Judge Blocks Trump’s Attempt to Defund Planned Parenthood
In a major reproductive justice win, U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani, rules the Trump administration cannot cut Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood. Her ruling protects care for over 1 million patients and calls the law “legislative punishment.”
