Meet Nick Falcone, founder and Managing Principal of NDM Hospitality and Rentyl Resorts. Since launching in 2011, Nick has redefined how we travel, invest, dine, and live. He began by acquiring the BurgerFi franchise rights in Dade County, quickly becoming franchisee and operator of the year—and scaling to seven locations in Florida.

In 2015, Nick launched Rentyl Resorts, creating the world’s first branded single‑family home resorts—starting with Encore Resort at Reunion. Today, Rentyl manages nearly 100 properties and 11,000+ units globally, partnering with global powerhouses like Marriott Homes & Villas, The Walt Disney Travel Company, Margaritaville, and more.

From mastering tech‑enabled hospitality to cultivating a “Win from Within” culture in a 700+ person organization, Nick is reshaping travel from the ground up. And behind it all? Family—working alongside brothers Dan and Matt to build a multi-industry legacy.

Beyond business, Nick’s life is centered on family—his wife Jaclyn, four children, and hometown pride for Florida State and the Miami Dolphins .
