Intro

I struggle with putting myself first, the ability to think for myself, and what I want. I tend to put the weight of others on my back and no one is ever able to lift mine. The goal here is to PUT YOU FIRST if that means you gotta lose friends?  say  BYE to em, if that means family, your girl even ya man? say BYE to them as well. 2020 has taught me that everything happens for a reason but also made me have a deeper understanding of self- care.
