Keshira is a native of Pittsburgh. She is a graduate of Winchester Thurston, and earned a BS in Social History, an MS in Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University.
She was ordained as a Hebrew Priestess in 2017.

Scott is on the executive board of the Jewish Federation of Pittsburgh, an international organization that directs millions of dollars each year to domestic and international causes.
