Episode 9: Spiritual Leadership In this episode, our focus is on Spiritual leadership. Many of today’s leaders, incorporate elements of spirituality into their leadership principles. Terms such as: compassion, implied honor, respect, and global consciousness are part of a responsibility and accountability philosophy. During difficult times, these philosophies many not be easy to place into practice. Bill Strickland is a social innovator, community leader, author, CEO and President of the non-profit Manchester Bidwell Corporation based here in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Bill has spent most of his adult life transforming the lives of thousands of individuals through Manchester Bidwell Corporation, the community arts program and training center he founded. In his book entitled; Make the Impossible Possible, Bill shared his amazing life story, and how his attitude and beliefs helped him to reach his fullest potential and achieve the impossible. Bill is the recipient of the MacArthur Fellowship “Genius” Award and Goi Peace Award.
