Districts with each one having a different Commanding officer. Here in the Foothills district we have a new face in the position, but not new to the force, Commander Chris Watson. Watson has been with SPD since 2005 where he worked his way from patrol officer field training officer, street crimes detective and drug enforcement unit detective. The former marine who also has a masters in Criminal Justice from ASU is here to tell us about all the ways we can work together as a community.
