Looking back at the Seahawks prime-time victory over the Washington Commanders, was there anything that could have made it better? During the game, Greg Olsen had some intriguing praise (or criticism) about the Seahawks offense. Was it a backhanded compliment or simply an analysis of how defenses are stacking the box based on our offensive personnel. Are the Seahawks rushing woes a result of effective defensive strategies, and could the addition of Rashid Shaheed actually open up the run game? Looking ahead to the game against the Arizona Cardinals, Kyler was benched and then put on injured...

In this trade deadline edition of the show, we break down the Seahawks' acquisition of wide receiver Rashid Shaheed from the New Orleans Saints. The Seahawks give up a 2026 fourth and fifth-round pick to make the deal. Is the compensation is worth the immediate impact Shaheed will have on the team and the potential benefits for the Seahawks' offense? We talk about how this move helps address the lack of a dynamic WR2 while also providing insurance for the team's injuries. Beyond the trade, we look at how the Seahawks stand out among the NFC's top teams and their chances of going deep into the...

The Seattle Seahawks cruised to a 38-14 victory over the Washington Commanders in front of a national audience on Sunday night. The gruesome injury late in the game to Jayden Daniels soured the win and we hope Ernest Jones and Josh Jobe come out of the game ok for our Seahawks. Sam Darnold was on point for Seattle and Jaxon Smith-Njigba continued to dominate, supported by a well-balanced offense orchestrated by Klint Kubiak. The defense stifled Washington's offense and controlled the game from start to finish. Mike Macdonald made the right call on defense with Devon Witherspoon and Josh Jobe...

Join us as we gear up for the Seahawks Sunday Night Football matchup against the Washington Commanders! How will the loss of Julian Love to injured reserve impact on the Seahawks defense and how will Mike Macdonald manage the return of Devon Witherspoon? With the Commanders recent struggles, Washington will be desperate for a win against a Seahawks team that has dominated on the road. The Commanders offense gets Jayden Daniels back, but they may not have the downfield offense to be able to attack the Seahawks defense. With the trade deadline approaching, could that impact how Seattle handles...

info_outlineMonday night's game, which ended in a 42-29 loss for Seattle, was a rollercoaster of emotions. While there were offensive and defense lapses, the offense looked like they were going to find ways to get back into the game throughout the night. We talk about our mixed feelings about the game and the offense in particular. While the Seahawks' offense, led by Geno Smith, showcased some impressive plays, the defense struggled to keep up, allowing Jared Goff to complete a perfect 18 for 18. But was Geno's game better than Goff's "perfect" game? Especially considering the pressure he faced from the Lions' defensive line, particularly Aidan Hutchinson.
Ken Walker's dynamic running style continues to be a bright spot for the Seahawks. He has shown that he needs to be an even bigger part of the offense throughout the game. We also look ahead to the Seahawks upcoming matchup against the New York Giants. We're looking to see how the team bounces back against an opponent that looks like they may struggle to put points on the board.
The Los Angeles Rams are struggling to keep points off the board with their defense. They dropped another game in the standings this week along with the Cardinals. Brock Purdy is looking a lot like Geno behind a mostly suspect offensive line and we'll be facing them next week. The refs from the game against the Lions need to do better, but maybe not for the reason you'd expect. Adam also spikes the football on an issue he saw coming years ago. Better at life honors go out to something we don't see as often in the political sphere and to a Seahawks player who should walk into the Hall of Fame.
