info_outlineWe did it! You’ve listened to and I’ve recorded over 50 episodes (over a year) of the Shamelessly Feminine Podcast. But what’s the future of the podcast? What’s going on with the book I keep talking about? And how can we navigate the fear we feel?
Well, you guys after a year of recording, I’m putting the podcast on hold so I can rewrite portions of my book, which (fingers crossed!) will come out in 2020. But what does this mean for you?
This Past Year
At the start of 2019, my book was almost done, but then the sh*t hit the fan and overwhelm kicked in. I put the book on hold because I want to rewrite portions of it because of all I’ve learned the past six months. My intention is that the book launches in 2020. To make this happen, the podcast is on hold, with the goal to record again in January 2020.
I want to know what you want to hear about so let me know either in the Shamelessly Feminine Group or via email. My goal is to serve you guys.
Working through the Fear
This past year I was ravaged by fear. How do you know when fear is real or not real? I ask myself, “What do I have to lose?” Often times, the answers are “Time and money,” but how do you know if these are legitimate fears?
Over the past six months, I’ve been trying to get back in touch with my self-esteem and self-worth. I’m trying to reconnect with spirituality through meditation and prayer.
It’s ok to lose touch with your spirituality.
Everything is temporary. The book is about fear, social anxieties, dealing with scripts that go on in our heads, spirituality, and self worth.
My goal is to push through things and learn how to handle them.
Dare to be Yourself
Listener, never forget to shine and to be yourself. I love you all.
xo,
Jen
