Sharpen Your Sword

What is the antidote to fear? I don't mean to break your heart, but I don't have the answer. I do share some thoughts though around what I believe can help us dispel the virus called fear. There are ways in which fear serves us and absolutely has a purpose, but more often than not, it lives in the future and around a narrative that we're not going to be okay. That perceived future looks different for everyone, but as I see so many affected by this, myself included, I weigh in on a few things that might serve us when we're experiencing this low vibration energy.   Connect with Brock:...

From relinquishing his parents rights at 9 years old and checking himself into an orphanage in Russia, to eventually finding himself in here in the states where he had to adjust to a new culture, a new language and a new way of life. He still viewed it all as a window of opportunity as he goes on to share. On today's episode, I share a story about a conversation that I had with my manager that made me come to a realization of a small detail that would allow me to be more effective in the things that I want to accomplish.

I also pay my respects and share a story about Kobe Bryant that has always stuck with me. Rest in peace to one of the greats of our time, a leader by every definition of the word and a man who’s legacy will carry on for generations to come.
