info_outlineOnce you place your attention on the aspect of your business you want to strengthen, you will see the results. Pilates is all about results. It’s about being able to strengthen yourself in a balanced way so you can do what you need to do, whether it’s walking up the stairs or bringing in the groceries.
There are going to be times in your business where you don’t know how to do something, or you don’t know how to solve a problem. What happens is people strain themselves to avoid those areas or overcompensate in other ares. You need to put your attention on those things so you can make your business stronger.
So what aspect of your business are you avoiding? What could the difference in your business be if you addressed that problem and fixed it?
