that approximately 75% of financial planning clients considered changing their financial
advisor last year (see link below). Chris and Jeff provide responses to the various parts
of the survey, including that 61% of clients said they prefer to hear from their advisors
via email, while 41% say they would rather talk over the phone, and 38% say they would
like a face-to-face meeting with their advisor. Chris and Jeff provide commentary on the
