March Madness Robert Earl Keen World Baseball Classic The Mandolorian by Alan Sepinwall Good review by my favorite TV Critic, Alan Sepinwall. Good in that I love to read “What’s Alan Watching,” but perhaps too “critical” of the show itself. Sepinwall’s piece was a breakdown of the season premiere episode, not the one I mentioned here today, which was the third installment. I think The Mandolorian—and the Disney properties in...

info_outlineThis week's show features a bias toward the Green and the Gold (although the Jesuit Crusaders are not mentioned in the pod...soon...very soon, however). Of course we bias to Portland and Oregon, which goes without saying.
We chat about the Aaron Rodgers situation in Green Bay. We talk Oregon Ducks QB sitch. Payton Pritchard—Lions, Ducks, Celtics. Finally we talk Oakland A's.
We don't stick entirely to the Green & Gold template, but it is pretty good.
Mike Lombardi on Aaron Rodgers situation.
Bill Barnwell on Aaron Rodgers situation.
Payton Pritchard article mentioned. (I have to say...good article as to getting the motivation behind Pritchard, however simple copy-editing is very poor. Just one for instance: writer says that Pritchard led the Ducks to their first final four in 2017...this would be news to my grandfather's fraternity brothers, several of whom were known as the Tall Firs and also known as the very first team to win an NCAA Championship in the sport of basketball. Tales of Laddie Gale, Slim Wintermute, Howard Hobson, et al. were fairly constant in my childhood.)
