004 Life is all about your choice

Did you know you are the only person who can create your life? Please don't stop listening because I will say something you might not like. But just believe me. The way you feel today and how your life is today is a simple effect of what you chose to feel and have. I remember a moment in my life when I was miserable and unhappy. I was fighting, but my life was not changing. I remember I did not want to think I create the life I lived.

Then I discovered Yoga and meditation, and step by step, I started choosing to feel and do things I knew will create my better future for me. I am happy to talk to you today about taking responsibility for your life and choosing to create the life you want.
