Omni Multifamily Assessments is a full-service due diligence and physical needs assessment company that caters exclusively to the real estate investor in multifamily properties. Bryan has evaluated over 300+ multifamily properties, more than 70,000 units, with a total value of over 2 billion dollars.
In 2015, Bryan founded Omni Construction to service his multifamily clients. Bryan has worked in construction management for the renovation of multifamily properties exclusively since 2009. He has actively managed over $50M in renovations to multifamily properties. Omni Construction allows all construction management and full-service renovation to be under one company to better serve his clients.
Finally, Bryan founded Omni Multifamily Investments, which was created to partner with investors in value-add multifamily properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
